I can't able to see newly created workflow transition button on customer portal page in servricedesk

- i can only see Transition Button when i create a SD project with default workflow.

i can't able to see Transition Button if i change the default workflow to my new workflow.

 

i set property key to true to the transition in workflow but also i can't able to see and i can't able see "show Tranistion on customer portal".

Hi @kedar,

Since it is a new workflow I hope few configurations are missing when comparing to the old workflow.

Find the below configuration steps for configuring the transition buttons on the ServiceDesk portal:

  • Click on the transition which you would like to see it on the portal(as shown in the screenshot below)
  • Select the checkbox Show transition in the customer portal. This will helps you in adding the transition button on the portal.
