I can see no issue in kanban board and project backlog

I have selected the corrected project GC Touchless (GCT)

but no issue visible in kanban board and backlog

but I can see issues detail by searching issue directly, like

Well, it depends what is shown on the board. For example this issue can be out of board scope or board is configured to hide resolved issues (assuming the one you search for is resolved). 

It would be the best if you could send a screenshot of board configuration (Board -> Configure -> menu General) and also screenshot of this issue: GCT-9223

BTW. the screenshots you attached show two different boards (one Kanban: GC Touchless Kanban, and one Scrum: Order Maintenance Preparation)
