I've a problem with a client, but they demand in a creation screen remove a field... this is not problem, but they don't want a field summary.
My question is, Can I put a fix value or anything cause is a obligatory field in the summary field.

I do not think I understand the question. But if I take a bit of a guess, it is that your client has a broken requirement and is trying to use Jira as though it's one of the legacy systems they have moved away from.
The summary field is for a quick short human-friendly bit of text that acts mainly as a natural language reminder of what the issue is.
You can not remove this field from the creation screen, it is mandatory.
Because most of Jira uses it a lot as the human-reminder thing, when you put in useless summaries (garbage or things that could be duplicated like fix values), you quickly find most of your users will complain about rubbish data.
So, if I have understood correctly, my short version of the answer is: Train your client to use summary as it is intended, or they're going to have problems.
Do you know a plugin or a script that this will be possible?
