I can not see all project settings

Whe I enter to de project settings I only see this options. So I want to change project type.

Hello,

It means that you have an independent project. This is a special project, which is available for non-admin users. Features of such projects are limited. Unfortunately, you can change their project type.

You can create a new project and then bulk move all issues from this project to the new one.
