What message or error are you getting? When was the last time you successfully logged in?

When trying to log in, the page enters a loop until the message below appears:

My last login was approximately a week ago.

Have you tried a different browser type or with Incognito/Private window mode?

Yes i tried. I really believe it the instance was deleted for some reason, instead the instance has been in use almost daily. I wish to know if is possible to recover that instance. Two years of work and project are in that instance.
