I can not delete an issue from the Kanban board. I get this error but I do not see how to add me to a admin for jria software.
It seems that you have tried to perform an operation which you are not permitted to perform.
If you think this message is wrong, please contact your Jira administrators.

Deleting issues is generally a very bad idea. When issues are deleted they are permanently removed from the system and cannot be restored.
Also note that a board is just a view of issues. The issues themselves exist in Projects. The board is displaying issues based on a Filter. If there are issues you don't want displayed on the board but do want to keep in your system, then really you only need to modify the board's filter.
Are you working with a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?
