I am following the instructions on this page:
After adding the SPF and DKIM, I checked the URL as requested, and get an all clear:
However, when I attempt to change my email address in the project, I still get an error:
What am I missing?

This is due to this bug:
You'll need to contact support directly (which I see you have already done!) in order to implement the workaround.
An engineer has already been assigned to your issue and we'll be able to take care of that shortly.
