Please take a look at the documentation.

Please take a look at the overall ergonomics.

Please take a look at the slowlyness of this whole service.

Oh my god.

I just spent 30 minutes searching for why I can NOT get my backup throught webdav https://beytulmel.atlassian.net/webdav/backupmanager/ :

  • my mail/password doesn't work
  • the documentation is full of 404 pages
  • the images/screenshot are missing
  • THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO GET THIS ZIP FILE.

It's not even a free service, it's a f***ing paying service.

Every single feature is far from intuitive.

Oh my god.

As soon as I get my backup, I'll leave. Bye bye.

It's worst than magento's admin panel... Worst than many android UI's.

Please GOD, for humanity sake, make people get ERGONOMICS courses at school. Amen.

I'm afraid a lot of the rest of us have totally different experiences, so it begs the question of what you are doing differently.  It sounds like you have a poor network connection and have got used to weak software tools.
