When i try activate jira product discovery app, give error
This can happen when a site is behind on payments. Try reviewing Atlassian Administration, and if you're still having trouble contact support.

This as this is a public forum and the users here are users like you, we can access Atlassian Systems or Cloud instances.
As I understand you are not able to add JPD. I had similar case with other Atlassian Apps. In my case I tried do this again later and that worked. I know, I know. The most stupid solution ever :D
