I have my ID/PW saved in my browser and have been using JIRA for 2 years. Now when I go to my project, I'm not logged in and when I try to login, I get an error (see below). I click Log Out and try to log back in and get the same error. I can't contact support, because you have to be logged in to do that.

We experienced an intermittent issue earlier today where Jira Cloud wasn't available for some users. It's cleared up at this point - would you be able to try logging in again?

Hm - given that it's working in another browser, can you try clearing your cache/cookies in Chrome? As a heads-up, this will expire any active sessions you have with other websites as well and you'll need to log back in other sites.
