I can no longer assign team members to a project

I use to be able to select team members to a project. Now I can assign no one. It looks like Jira has a bug after they try to update it. Anyone have this issue?

Hi Dave,

When the user select autocomplete for the assignee field is not working it usually means that either the users are missing the "Assignable user" project permission or you are missing the "Browse users and groups" Global permission.
