I can nıt see my filter icon anymore

Hello, 

Until now I had a button on the upper left side( where the dots are) a button for filter selection. When I clicked on it, on the left side appeared filters so that I could choose the dates, the project names, etc... for my report and then I exported it to excel.

But unfortuantely I can see that button now.

Could you please help?
