I am with an Enterprise and I can't tell if I'm using an Atlassian Plan or a "Plan only" team

I'm trying to set up a Plan and the first step seems to be figuring out if my team is Enterprise-wide or just with the plan. But I'm stuck. I looked at the article below but I don't see this information on this link
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/edit-teams-from-your-advanced-roadmaps-plan/

so even though I'm with an enterprise, does that mean I not have this kind of Enterprise Plan?
I'd like to set up my Plan with the Sprints but I want to make sure it's done properly.

Hey @Rosenblat_ Audrey ,

Plan-only teams were used in the past, and mainly, in the cloud, people tend to use org-wide teams.
However, you can still create and use plan-only teams.

If you navigate to "Teams" tab within the plan and start creating a new team, you will be able to choose between the two options:

Once you create a new team, and if the team is plan-only, you will see a lozenge next to that team name:

Hope this helps. (and happy holidays!)

Cheers,
Tobi
