I am using Refelxis Jira and how to pull data into excel automatically from WEB optioin.. ?

HI Al,

 

I am using Reflexis Jira link but am trying to connect the URL through web from excel to download the jira items automatically.. tried a lot of search but no luck.. 

 

anyone can help me ??

We don't know what "refelxis" Jira is, and you have not told us how you are doing "pull data into excel automatically" either.  (Code in excel you are running?  An issue navigator export?  An app-provided link in Jira?).  Once you've explained that, then telling us what the errors are is the next step.
