I am using JIRA cloud, I am not getting buttons plan, work, report in jira scrum board

The latest couple of versions have moved those options to the left of the screen.  "plan" is now the more clear Backlog option, "work" is the board, and reports are under, well, reports wink

This is disturbing.  This sidebar is taking up valuable real estate and leaving behind useless white space.  Makes me lose trust in the product.
