I am unable to view projects in Jira

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that we are unable to see below projects in Jira , can you pls check & update on the same.

Royal Canin
Shell Pragati
Ashok Leyland
Honeywell

We are end-users, like yourself, and don't have any access to your systems.

You'll need to talk to your administrators - get them to check the permision schemes on those project and work out why you can't see them.

Can you pls let me know to which administrator we need to contact whether its an project admin or Jira Admin or any other administrator

Depends on your permission setup.  A standard / recommended setup will be using roles to allow people into projects, and project admins can maintain who is in what role in their projects.

If it's not set up with roles, then your JIRA or System admins will need to alter people's groups or update permissions.
