I am unable to receive 8 digit verification code to my mail box to login and access JIRA. I've checked across all folders including Junk, but of no use. Could some from the support please check if my email ID is added to Suppression list. Or is there any other issue which is preventing the verification code from reaching the mailbox?

Are other managed accounts within the site/org receiving the verification code without issues? Are you the only one not receiving it?
I have raised a support ticket and got the reply that my email id is under suppressed list due to the below error in logs.
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy.
Got a resolution. They have unsuppressed it and now I am able to receive the verification codes and login to access JIRA. Thanks !
