I am unable to login through server instance after migration from jira cloud to jira server

I am unable to login through server instance after migration from jira cloud to jira server.

I already login with default username and password.(sysadmin).after completion of migration it clearly given me that to login with credentials ("sysadmin") But its not getting access in jira server(version 8.22.)

Hi @my jira,

Can you please confirm, How you migrate the data from server to cloud ..?

If you have followed, the restore option then you need to add one parameter in the Jira server 

setenv.sh file to login in the Jira server. So please go through the below link and do some changes in the Jira server file.

• Reset Admin Password after restore data in server 

Please check, If you faced any issue please let me know.

Note :- Try this activity on UAT environment
