May it be that the email server has not been configured?

Have you received any emails from the system earlier?

Are you the administrator? Are there other ones?

Yes I received mails after configuration. But I'm unable to login after 2 days using the same credentials. And I am using trial version and being as a admin.

Since it's a test instance I would've just reinstalled it
