I downloaded and installed the Jira mobile app a few days ago. They first ask for the URL of my Jira browser before requesting that I create an API token in order for me to log in. I have to use my email address from my Jira account or my Google account to log in for that. However, after logging in, I receive an error message that reads "403 disallowed_useragent," indicating that Atlassian does not adhere to Google's browser policies. They advise using the web version of the app to log in. However, mobile for Jira does not have a dedicated website.
I also attempted to create an API using the Jira administration settings, but I was unable to log into the app with it. The issue is that, although I was able to log in on one of my devices, I encountered the same issue when attempting to do so on another phone. I've registered for the app's beta version, which is currently available. However, updating the beta version takes some time. I was unable to log in on my first device until the app was updated to the beta version, but after that, I was able to create an API using the app itself and log in successfully. But with the second device i tried, the app still hasn't been updated to the beta version even after 2 hours. Is there anyway you could help me find a solution so that i can implement the app in the devices of the rest of my team smoothly.
