Just a note that this is a public forum and people here are mainly Atlassian customers just like yourself.
As for the issue - Do you see any specific message when trying to log in to your Jira?
Also, are you an Org or Jira admin for your site? If not, I'd recommend reaching out to your Jira administrator, manager or IT department for them to try to direct you to appropriate channel or to try to troubleshoot this. 👈
Also a note - if you're trying to access your free Jira site, which you haven't used for a while, it might be the case that it was deactivated as per data retention policies.
Lastly, related to official channels, here's the service desk for official Atlassian Support.

Are you the Org admin of the instance or just a user, or can't you just not login, then reach out to the org administrator.
As this is a free instance, when was the last time this was used?
In relation to Atlassian fair use policy on free instances, instances not used will be suspended and on no response delted.
The org admin of the instance will be notified that this will happen, based on activity on the free instance.
Fro now I have requested assistance from an Atlassian Support employee, this can take up to 2 busines days.
Keep an eye on this post, as the agent will pley here and will need details of your instance.
