My phone is currently configured with 2 factor authentication. When i attempt to authenticate, it does not work.
I do not have the recovery password. How can i go about getting access to my account?
This is my work account. They are not able to update the changes on their end because my account is an admin.
Please help.
I have. I open the authenticator app, see the code and enter it. It doesnt verify.

That might indicate that you are accessing the wrong authenticator app.
Have you tried the steps in either of these sections of that document?
Is your account managed by your employer or another entity, or did you set it up yourself using a personal email address?

Apologies. I just re-read your original post and see that you said it is an admin account.
If you have done the steps in this section
...which end with "If you’re still unable to log in, use your emergency recovery key." and you have done the steps in this section
Then the next question would be are there other administrators for your Atlassian subscriptions or Organization? And how was 2FA imposed on your account? Is that imposed by Organization Security Policies or did you implement it independently for just your account?
