I am unable to find jira instance ID, can you guys please help me?

i tried with this url : https://api.atlassian.com/oauth/token/accessible-resources
but no luck, i am getting empty array instead of getting resources, and my access token is also correct. what can i do to get my jira instance ID, i need that ID to get project, issues and users details of JIRA
