I am unable to attach any file in jira like for story unable to attach the test artifacts and test evidences for execution.

Throwing an error like "cannot attach file: unknown server error (500)

There was a production incident yesterday for this symptom, which has since been resolved:

I recommend trying the upload again, and if it fails...please ask your Jira Site Admin to submit a defect to the support team here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
