I am unable to add test details (Test step , test Data and test result) when i import test cases

I am unable to add test details (Test step , test Data and test result) when i import test cases from zephyr Test case importer.

Only test case name and test case description is populated in Jira.

I have provided correct field names in excel and matched with Jira field  .

I have to manually add test step , data and result . its not getting uploaded from zephyr importer please help
