I am trying to type into the comments field and I am unable to type more than 1 character.

After the first character the cursor shifts to the assigned to field.  I have replicated this in 3 different SAAS projects and in bith Edge and Chrome.  I have 2 other clooagues that are experiencing exactly the same behaviour.
