I am trying to add a new user on the project board. but does not update.

I am trying to add a new user, a window appears, I select the user and confirm add to the project, there is a message that the user is added, nevertheless in does not update or the user can access the project, Please help! since I can’t find how to correct the issue in the documentation.

Hi Manuelm, welcome to the Community. Could you provide some more info here so that I might better assist. Can you share a screenshot of your entire screen when you go to add the user? I'm trying to understand the type of project and how you are adding the user.

Hi! Thank you for your response. I sent the screen of the problem I am having. I keep adding the user, the sistem confirms but they are not included in the project. So the process somehow is failing.

Ok so that shows that you are on a Nex-gen project. Note that when you add a person via the board they will only display on the board if they have an issue assigned to them that is displayed on the board. Try assigning them to an issue. You can also verify that they have access to this project by going to a Projects Settings > access.
