Did you share this dashboard with other users?

Is your question about dashboards or boards? If it is about boards, then you need to share the filter for the board with users (board settings -> General tab -> Filter)

The issue is with dashboard. I have added gadget(burn-down chart) in the dashboard and trying to share with other users so that it is visible to everyone.

The burndown chart also uses a filter, this filter must be shared with other users so they can see it.

Also, you need to share the dashboard with a group or a project in Jira.

The filter is shared with project team and I tried to share the dashboard with other group however when click on edit dashboard I am seeing only below fields and share option is not shown.

You need a global permission to share the dashboard, ask your jira admin

Thanks. I shared the dashboard for project team however some team members are still not able to see the dashboard

They can not see this dashboard or gadgets inside the dashboard?

They can't see this dashboard and when they click on dashboard this dashboard is not appearing and there is no "View all Dashboard" on left navigation.

Is there anything that need to be configured on JIRA users side to view the dashboard shared by admin?

Any suggestion, help to resolve this issue is appreciated
