I am sharing a confluence page with a user within my organization but he is not able to view in spite of giving him both read and write persmission. He is getting page not found error. check below, 

  • This page does not exist
  • The page exists but you don't have permission to view permission for that space.

My guess is that you've let them in via the restrictions, but you have not granted them access to the space.  Check their access to use the space in space admin
