I have not installed the servers in my computer yet as they will be going on computers without internet access. How do I obtain the license key for all three of these products? Thank you.

I am assuming that you are trying to evaluate the free product. If you are unable to connect to the internet to generate the license you should be able to obtain one from licensing. (https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing)
