I am not receiving any Jira Notifications to my Outlook Email.

I have not been receiving email notifications to my Outlook email at lydia.forsyth@kw.com. I am getting the notifications in Confluence, but they aren't forwarding to my email. I don't have filters set up, and my Gmail is forwarding to my Outlook. The notifications stopped being sent to my email on Oct 27th. 

I really appreciate your help with this!

  • Did you check in Jira Console the mail queue?
  • In the week of October 27th was any change made in the instance?

@Fadoua Thank you for your response! I will ask my admin to check this :) I really appreciate it. 

 

What happened on Oct 27th, was I suspended my email account and then activated it. So I'm not sure if had something to do with it.
