I am not able to see tasks due on jira please help on this.

I am not able to see my work due on jira task details giving error asking to contact support.

This seems like you don't have the correct permissions, or this information is not set or ble to set on your work items.

Contact your Jira Administrator, via your IT department for this.

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself, not (necessarily) employees of Atlassian.

We don't have access to your environment.
