I am not able to map Support type issue with epic
Hello Shail,
I assume the support type issue you are talking about is a custom issue type of your JIRA instance, is it correct?
The first thing that came to my mind that could be causing this behavior is that Epics can only be mapped to Standard issue types but not Sub-task issue types.
Could you please navigate to JIRA Settings > Issues > Issue types > Check if your Support Issue type is not configured as a sub-task?
If that's the problem, I recommend you to create a new custom issue type with the same name and configurations but selecting its type to be the Standard so it can be linked to Epics.
If this is not the case, can you please provide us if any errors are returned when you try to map it?
