I am not able to launch the JIRA dashboard, its showing JIRA is under maintenance.

There was recently some scheduled database maintenance for Jira Cloud. This should now be complete, so I would try and go to your dashboard again and hopefully you should now be able to access it again

@Callum Carlile _Automation Consultants_ We are facing the same issue for the last 2 weeks. As well as there is not any issue related to billing an all. Kindly check and do needful.

I would raise a support ticket with Atlassian here if you are still facing this issue.
Note that you can only raise a support ticket directly to Atlassian if you are not on a Free version of Jira
