I am not able to change status of test case sub task

Steps-

1. Select sub task as "Test case"

2. Click on "Test"

3. Error pops up as " The field with id 'customfield_13411' is not a NavigableField.

It seems that you have tried to perform an illegal workflow operation.

If you think this message is wrong, please contact your Jira administrators."

Your admins have put a validator or post-function on the transition you are using and it is broken. You'll need them to fix or remove it.
