I am not able to add watchers

I was able to add watchers but I am not able to do so now. Can anyone from your technical team help me?

Are you facing this problem for a company-managed project or a team-managed one?

If this is a company-managed project, you have the 'manage watchers' permission at the project level. Please verify that you have the permission.

Also, do you get any error messages when adding the watchers, or is the option simply no longer available?
