I am not able to access this application atlas-saas.atlassian.net.

- Have access to https://<my org name>.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ with SSO

- However when jira link is accessed  https://<my org name>.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/, the page shows error  with code and askes for contacting support Atlassian Support

- Where the support page asks for url , however once provided as <my org name>atlassian.net, it says this URL is not found. 

How can it be?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

To submit a support case for your site you must be an administrator of the product or the Organization. Do you have that level of access? If not you need to reach out to the team in your company that does administer your products/Organization to ask them to submit the support case.

If you are an admin, in the support ticket entry did you pick your app from the list and select the correct site there?

When I do that I am not prompted to manually enter a site URL.
