I am not able see data tooltip text after upgrade

Hello,

Recently, I upgraded our Jira instance from v6.4.12 to v7.13.13. We are stuck at a issue for which I didn't find any resolution in the web. I am not able to view data tooltip text when I hover over a user in backlog section of a project.

It should show story points and issues along with the numbers.

I have already tried to change every settings in "Look and Feel" option but no luck.

Is it a bug of v7.13.13 or this can be resolved?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?  Does it happen for everyone or just some users?  Is it the same in all browsers?

Yes, I have already tried clearing browser's cache but didn't resolve the issue. This problem is same for all users and all browsers.

Do you have a test instance?  What are you seeing when you inspect the element?  What is HTML that is being loaded?
