I am looking to configure Issue Id naming format.

I am looking to configure the Issue Id naming format. Currently its creating bases on project key. For Ex - My project key is ABC then the issue id will be something like ABC-1 whether it could be epic, story or task.

I am looking naming for Epic like Epic-1, Epic-2, for stories it will be like Story-1, Story-2 etc

This cannot be done.  The issue key is always <project>-<sequence>.  The issue type is irrelevant.

I don't think it is possible as the project issue sequence is a low-level convention lying deep in the code.
