Hi @vishal vandre

Welcome to a community!

Would be Capacity Planning plugin for Jira useful for you as well? For Capacity planning, I would suggest ActivityTimeline. ActivityTimeline provides resource planning and availability on a timeline view. You can track tasks progress, workload, and availability for each employee taking into consideration the part-time, full-time, or even different work schemes for users, and holidays. Workload or availability could be calculated for individuals or teams on the same view.

There is an ability to plan your work with bookings and placeholders.

The additional modules provide numerous reports including timesheets report and capacity report

If you have any additional requirements please feel free to ask me. We can provide a demo session for you if needed.
Best, Nataliya, ActivityTimeline Team

Hi @vishal vandre,

welcome to the community!

here's an app that you may find useful: JXL for Jira.

JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you view and manipulate data in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with advanced features such as issue hierarchies, issue grouping, and sum-ups, enabling you to perform various kinds of capacity planning.

As an example, here's a JXL sheet that shows the story points per sprint and assignee, updated live as we set the estimates:

Disclaimer: I work on JXL.

Any questions just let me know,

Best,

Hannes
