I am having issue update the Jira License.

We have bought the starter license, but when I try to paste the license code, I get the following message :- 

The license could not be installed.

This license is not for the selected product. Please make sure that the license is for the selected product and contact Support if the issue continues.

Our jira version :- Jira Core 8.11.0

Analyzing your account details, it seems you have two subscriptions: Jira Core and Jira Software.

That being said, please check if you have installed the correct application and are using the correct SEN number to validate it. To know the SEN number of each application, please navigate to http://my.atlassian.com. and login with your user.
