I am getting a message "Tomcat started successfully". But getting "signin jenkins" in localhost:8080

I am getting this. But after opening localhost:8080, this is what I gets.

Can someone please help how to solve this issue?

Your screenshots seem to show a running Jira, but your error message is about Jenkins.

This suggests your Jira is running on a different port, and Jenkins is running on 8080.
