Hi @Pandya Harsh

The “Something went wrong on our end” screen with a Hash ID (JXYM17) indicates that Jira Cloud failed to render the search results due to one of the following:

  1. A broken or invalid JQL element (e.g., deleted component, missing field)
  2. Permission issue → you cannot view some issues matching this filter
  3. Corrupted filter state caused by the URL using wrong encoding
  4. Component name mismatch (typos or renamed components cause crashes)
  5. Backend / cloud-side issue (Atlassian error, hash helps support)

You JQL seems fine to me

ssuetype = Defect
AND status in (Analysis, Implementation, New)
AND component = SW_CDC_AUDIO_AUDIO
AND project = FORD33310
ORDER BY priority DESC, severity DESC, status DESC

check that all the elements in the query are valid. It also could be a transient back end error.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Pandya Harsh

Are you executing this URL directly or are you selecting a filter from wittin Jira itself?

IF you use this as a direct url, this can be related to cache and cookies in your browser, best is always to enter Jira and select the required filter to get the results
