I am facing an issue with Altassian Jira section for linking tickets. I cannot link the Jira in the freshdesk tickets . Need a solution for this

if I understand correctly, you have "Freshdesk" as a Helpdesk solution and want to link Jira work items (ticket) from there?
I only found something on a JSM integration: Integrate with Freshdesk | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support
That doesn't work for Jira Software though. You should maybe check Freshdesks Documentation/Support for further help if it's about the integration IN Freshdesk.
