I am creating a rule that will stop a Sprint from being created if Issues are missing Story Points

THe issue iam having is when I choose Sprint Started and I choose the Board for this to run on it gives me an error.

• The rule has been configured with components that require issues to be provided by the trigger. To run these components you must add a branch for this sprint or JQL. The following components require issues: JQL condition, Edit issue

In the next steps after this I have a JQL condition

"Story Points" IS NULL (which produces a valid query)

But because of the First error it cannot run.

Any Ideas?
