I am a new admin for Jira, trying to setup ms team and need Jira ID, but cannot find.

In MS Teams I select 'more action' -> 'create issue' then I am prompted to enter Jira ID, it mentions it is in Jira I believe in the 'MS Teams for Jira Cloud' settings.  I see this is installed in Jira under Manage Apps, but I do not see any configurable settings or Jira ID.
