I added one new issue type, but I dont know how to add in my project?

Go to the project and have a look at the admin page for it.  Look for the "issue type scheme".  You should be able to click through on to that if you're a jira-admin, and that will present you with a screen where you can drag your new issue type from the global list into the "available" list.  Once you save that, "create issue" will give you the new option.
