I added Jira Cloud to my Teams Chat top right menu bar, however the Create Issue button doesn't work

In Teams and following the Jira instructions for setting up Jira Cloud with Teams - I have successfully set up Jira Cloud - the instructions say create the option for Jira Cloud within the chat - which works resulting in the issues being displayed however to create an issue hitting the Create issue button inside the chat doesn't work - it flashes but nothing happens. I have to navigate away from the chat, go into the Jira Cloud Chat and create the issue in there - are there any hidden permissions etc as it seems pointless to have the Create Issue button within the Teams Chat and it not work
