Hello,
I have currently run into an issue where I am trying to give one our users an invite and she is unable to get the invite and login. A co worker of mine told me one time we had a high volume of invites and caused an invite to get blocked in our system, I'm wondering if this is the same thing that is going on in my situation.
Can you check if the email "Eva.Gomez@faithlife.com" is being blocked from being invited to the Faithlife Jira boards. Let me know if you need any other information from me, and I look forward to hearing back from you!
Best
Nico
Oops super sorry guys! Yeah I was in the wrong place
Apologies, you can go ahead and close this out.
Thanks everyone
Nico
Are you using Jira Cloud? If so, then please open a support request to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ It is possible that mail sent out by an Atlassian Cloud site could have gotten caught by one of our services, but it would require one of our Cloud support technicians to look at this mailbox.
If you're using Jira Server, then in turn you're probably using an external SMTP mail server to send out these invites. In that case, you'll need to contact your mail admin to see if this message was flagged as spam or filtered out by the mail server.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Jira doesn't have any functions to block invites, so I suspect it's going to be your mail servers seeing a high volume as potentially spam.
