I Don't receive E-Mail Notification of own issue

Hello Jira-Support,

 

i have configured the E-Mail notification for Jira.

I've created an Issue from the User "r.dina". The User is the "Assignee", "Reporter" and "Watcher". The notification scheme is the default scheme. For new comments the Assignee, Reporter and Watchers of the issue should be notified. When i comment the issue from any user the user "r.dina" does not get notified. I also enabled the "get notified of own changes" setting. If I use the notification helper everything is successfull and testmails are also send.

I did add another user to the "watchers" group. This user gets notified perfectly.

Am I missing something?

Did you receive the test email ? can you check your junk ?

Test E-Mails are send successfully to my Mailbox. The junk folder is empty. Even with the notification helper everything checks out.

I've also checked the "e-mails send" status for the configured Account for sending mails. There are no sended E-Mails when I'm commenting a Ticket:
